Step 2: Draft and finalize the temporary suspension application.
The team of specialists drafted decisions on temporary suspension of operations, minutes, resolutions, and necessary documents, while also checking and finalizing the files to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Step 3: Submit the application and follow up at the government agency.
MAN represents the business in submitting applications to the business registration authority, tax authority, and social insurance authority, while also monitoring the processing and providing additional documents if requested.
Step 4: Hand over results and provide advice on compliance with obligations.
After receiving confirmation of temporary suspension of operations from the business registration authority and related notifications, MAN hands over the results to the business and advises on fulfilling obligations arising during the suspension period, including taxes, social insurance, and periodic reporting.
